Timothy Lee

My journey in health and fitness has been shaped by years of experience, a deep passion for evidence-based training, and a commitment to lifelong learning. With a background in exercise science and a degree in Human Biology, I blend academic insight with practical expertise to support others in achieving their health goals.

In 2021, I transitioned from full-time athlete to coach where I specialize in creating personalized, sustainable fitness programs. I believe that health is an evolving, lifelong pursuit and training that prioritizes consistency.

My previous training and certifications, including CrossFit Level 1 and specialized seminars with world-class athletes such as Dmitry Klokov and Jian Ping Ma, have equipped me with a rich toolbox to support clients at all levels.
